  • Providing the service outside the organization: the importance of business/client relationship
  • Team work organization and management

2° WEEK

  • Rooms management and event communications techniques
  • Lost & Found protocol procedures and related communication aimed to best practice
  • Tools and products information and correct usage. Work environment security protocol

3° WEEK

Practical Studies

  • Work protocol training and execution
  • Rooms and public spaces cleaning auditing procedures
  • Stocktaking execution and storage management
  • Check list compilation. Room attendants and Hotel Porters teams management.

4° WEEK

Evaluation

  • Assessment of all skills acquired through both theoretical and practical examinations
  • Assessment of work placement requirements
  • Finding the most suitable work placement organisation according to candidate’s needs

Guaranteed paid work placement

All candidates that successfully complete the course* will immediately get access to a paid work placement which will take part at one of the many organizations partnering with AoH Academy.

  • A 3 months paid work placement at a hospitality/tourism partner organization
  • Guaranteed full-time remuneration: €1.550 per month
